Interim

So far in PE i have been working pretty hard. Some days i could probably work a little harder than i do. When we play choice i usually play volleyball and sometimes it may not look like it but i do try hard . In fitness i do work hard most of the days. i do really like it when the teachers change it up sometimes and do something new. Some days i do slack off and im trying my hardest not to but somedays i just dont wanna do anything. some of my strengths are running. My weaknesses are getting distracted. I could try harder somedays but i think i am doing pretty well in this class so far.

For my work habits i think i should get a G. I think i am working hard although i could maybe work a little harder.

Fitness Video

This video is of a fitness day we did a few weeks ago that we had to create video evidence of the activities we had to do. This is one of me running up the stairs. that fitness day i can say that i did try hard. although my group did not finish all the activities we had to do we all did try hard and i am proud of myself for my work that day.

Fitness Day Oct. 8



A few weeks ago we did a fitness day and we ran around the field. Sydney and i made 4 laps with an average of 5 minutes. On lap 3 we slacked off which would be why the time is so high. That day i probably could of worked harder and with that comes the result of the slow time of each lap. i probably could have gotten at least another lap maybe two but i slacked off that day.
