Fitness Testing #2

Beep Test: 7
Sit and Reach: 5
Body Press: 10
Body Bridge: 60 sec
T-test: 12 sec
Board Touches: 13
Max Vertical: F: 195cm
                     S: 230 cm
                     D: 45cm

Nothing has really changed since my first fitness test. I haven't improved yet and i want to. Next fitness test i want to try to get 7.5 or higher on my beep test.
